We freshly prepare all our food on our premises using the best organic ingredients we can find, sourced locally, our customers can definitely notice the difference, you won't find a limp lettuce in one of our sandwiches.

 

From organic white bread to sunflower and honey bread, our ingredients are anything but standard. We use only products that are in season and taste right, if they don't we don't use them, simple really.

How do I place an order?

Can I place orders in advance?

Yes - you can place orders any time in advance. However prices may change from the time you placed your order.

 

What if my chosen items are not available?

Where necessary we will substitute unavailable products with an alternative of equal or greater value

 

Do I receive cutlery, plates, serviettes etc. with my order?

You will need to place an order for these items if you require them.

 

Why does the menu change daily?

Because we want to create the best foods, we always try to choose in season fresh ingredients, if these are not available then we simply won't sell foods that use them and will produce alternatives.

 

Do I have to order a set menu?

No, the set menus are there for your convenience as the contents and quantities have already been worked out for you. You can choose items from throughout the menu to suit your requirements.

 

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made by credit card (by prior arrangement), cash or by account.

 

Why do I need a customer reference number?

A customer reference number allows us to quickly identify you. Please have this ready to quote when contacting us and e-mails or faxes you send.

 

When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 9am and 8pm, we can deliver outside of these hours by prior arrangement.

How do I amend/cancel an order?
